Pay: $35.93 to $37.10

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Edgewater
Goodstart Early Learning Edgewater is a 57 place centre located in a convenient but secure part of our community, close to schools, shops and local facilities, as well as transport and main roads. Our centre has highly qualified educators in the nursery and the toddler’s room and a qualified teacher in the Kindergarten / Preschool room and all our educators have a certificate in Children’s Services. Each room follows the Early Years Learning Framework which covers all your child's learning areas and needs in a play-based curriculum.
Our centre was assessed by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority and we received an overall rating of ‘Exceeding’. This process is a National Framework, which rates all Childcare Centres across Australia against the National Quality Standards.

You’ll need
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current WA Working with Children Check
