The Educational Leader role within Bambini is an influential position that is inspiring to educators and extends on knowledge, practice and pedagogy to provide high quality care to children and families within the education sector. At Bambini, we honor the importance and impact of this role with our own title of Curriculum Coordinator.
The opportunity:
- You will display a comprehensive understanding of planning, implementing and evaluating programs through your strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation. Experience within the role is preferred, however we ask you to showcase your leadership skills and experiences.
- Join a well established team that is inclusive, culturally diverse and requires ‘outside the box creative thinking.'
- Continue to drive success through Bambini's very own Curriculum; "Bambini Village Approach"- a unique & specifically developed. curriculum with a strong community focus that is ever evolving.
- Strong understanding of the image of the child and how to support educators implementation of such .
- Have experience in supporting families and children holistically.
- Preferred experience with Reggio Emilia approach.
- You will demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You will have a strong passion to drive our extra curricular activities including; excursions, bush kinder, incursions, inter generational programs and many more.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification (or over 50% completed towards Diploma studies).
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
- Current Working with Children's Check or VIT.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
