Position Title: Educational Leader
Location: Hampton VIC
Employment Type: Full-Time or Permanent Part Time (9 day fortnight)

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a strong commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire and guide both staff and children. This role involves leading the development and implementation of innovative educational programs in line with company philosophies, pioneering new ideas
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of the centre’s educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with state and national regulations and standards for early childhood education.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth.
Curriculum Development:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a developmentally appropriate and innovative curriculum.
- Integrate play-based learning and child-centered approaches to support holistic development.
- Adapt programs to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special needs.
Staff Development:
- Mentor and support educators in delivering high-quality educational experiences.
- Organize and lead professional development sessions focused on best practices in early childhood education.
- Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Family and Community Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with families and maintain open lines of communication.
- Organize family events and workshops to promote engagement and learning at home.
- Collaborate with community resources and services to support children and families.
Program Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and interventions.
- Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for children.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
