We have an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to continue to guide our unique centre to exceptional experiences for our children. Your Role:
As the Educational Leader, you will work collaboratively with the management team to support the understanding of, and implementation of, a creative and thoughtful curriculum practice at our centre. You will support a team of dedicated educators to achieve experiential learning outcomes for the children in our care.
- Collaboratively leading the implementation of Early Years Learning Framework Version 2.
- Work to establish a meaningful curriculum across all rooms at the centre.
- Coach and mentor educators to understand and document the play-based learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of an ECE Diploma, plus all necessary certifications.
- Proven experience in an Educational Leadership role within a LDC setting along with a commitment to understanding and advocating for contemporary ECE practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong knowledge of the EYLFV2.
