- Total Remuneration $143,796 to $149,608 pa (including salary of $121,510 to $126,421 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

In this role, under the guidance of the Deputy Dean VET, you will follow the university strategic plan to lead, direct, instruct and guide VET educators to achieve team objectives and contribute collaboratively to the overall success of teaching teams. Working closely with the Deputy Dean of VET, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop innovative course concepts.
The successful applicant will have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and utilise their educational leadership skills to manage staff and accept, promote, and manage change.

- Possession of relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level delivered: industry qualification (certificate, trade certificate, diploma, degree or masters).
- Knowledge of the Education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market.
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.
- Demonstration of prior responsibility for ensuring the alignment of learning outcomes, learning activities and assessment of the course/s with the training package requirements.
