About you:
As a nursing educator, you understand the importance of providing high-quality education and training to the next generation of healthcare professionals. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable nursing educator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional nursing education.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an innovative and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of our students and prepares them for successful careers in nursing. You will also mentor and support students as they navigate the challenging and rewarding world of healthcare, providing guidance and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in nursing education, as well as experience in clinical practice. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with other educators and staff and have a passion for mentoring and supporting students.

So that we set you up for success it is important that you have the following:
- We are looking for a passionate and energetic trainer and educator in the VET sector, to assist our future Enrolled Nurses
- Minimum 5 years post graduate recent clinical experience within Australia
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is advantageous but not required.
- Must be tech savvy, and able to use Learning Management Systems.
- Have an APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
