Our team at C&K Gumdale Community Kindergarten is made up passionate Educators who are excited to engage our wonderfully diverse community. We love encouraging our children to share their family’s culture with us and our beautiful natural spaces allow us to make every day an adventure. The spacious and natural environment at our kindy is thoughtfully planned and well resourced. There is a focus on music, drama, literature and visual arts and we allocate plenty of time for outdoor play and discovery.
Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.
What you’ll bring
Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
