About The Centre
Thrive, Blakehurst is our exceeding rated centre located in the Southern Sydney. The centre is close to public transport and offers free secured onsite parking.
The team in Blakehurst have ongoing support from their Area Manager, Centre Leader, Assistant Centre Leader and Educational Leader.
Thrive Blakehurst is close to the water and a peaceful park which makes for a calming spot to enjoy breaks during the day.

About The Role
Due to a growth in occupancy, we have opportunities for an early childhood educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join the team in a full time capacity.
Casual opportunities also available.
We are looking for someone who is professional with experience in assisting with planning and programming for children up to 5 years of age.
You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.

The successful candidate will have:
- A teaching degree, Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- NESA Accreditation (ECT only)
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
