/ / / / / / Career Opportunities Career Opportunities EL1 Assistant Caseload Management Registrar /EL1 Assistant Director, MRD Caseload Intelligence Applications Close: 13/02/2024 11:45 PM Occupation: Legal, Management, Legal Services Location: Sydney Metropolitan, Melbourne Metropolitan Work Type: Ongoing - Full Time The AAT is seeking to fill both the Assistant Director, MRD Caseload Intelligence and Assistant Caseload Management Registrar in either our Melbourne or Sydney offices: The Assistant Director, MRD Caseload Intelligence The Assistant Director, MRD Caseload Intelligence provides expert and responsive analysis and advice to the Tribunal Leadership and contributes to the delivery of the Migration and Refugee Division's caseload strategy. The role leads a small team responsible for analysis and intelligence related to the MRD caseload and performance. The team plays a key strategic role in the development, monitoring and evaluation of the Division's caseload strategies and performance metrics. Assistant Caseload Management Registrar The Assistant Caseload Management Registrar is responsible for assisting with the national management of the Migration and Refugee caseloads and contributing to the development and implementation of the MR Division's caseload strategies. The role leads a small team responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of case management initiatives and strategies with reference to broad objectives, including overall active caseload reduction. Both roles will require the qualities that are important to this position include strategic thinking and planning, analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, innovation and technical skills. The annual salary for the position is from $108,997 to $128,291 plus 15.4% superannuation. Our newly approved Enterprise Agreement will deliver a 4% pay increase from 14 March 2024.
