This role is for a Change Practitioner to work in the Chief Information Officer Branch on Modernisation ICT projects, including implementation of customer analytics capability to understand user experience for our client's digital channels. Whilst the projects are implementing ICT developments, the focus of the change staff is to guide the leaders and staff in the organisation through the change process and ensure the change is being implemented through strong leadership, communication, collaboration and interaction with other key activities.
  
Duties:  

• Lead the organisational change management for multiple projects.
• Conduct information gathering activities with the project team and impacted staff to gain an in-depth understanding of any concerns and/or barriers to change which need to be addressed.
• Develop internal and external change impact analysis and change readiness plans.
• Develop and implement change management strategy and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
• Stakeholder engagement, management and communications.
• Provide strategic change management advice to the project teams.
• Provide advice on new operating models.
• Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Coach leaders, managers and supervisors and
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Qualifications & Skills  

• Preferred candidates will have experience delivering a wide range of people change programs, with a strong relationship management or business engagement background.
• This is not an ICT Change Manager but a people collaboration and connection role.
• Preferred candidates will have experience and skills in people management, communication, learning or consulting especially in public sector.
• PROSCI certification and/or coaching is desirable.
