We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Professional to join our Federal Government team and drive division-wide change management initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating a smooth transition during a significant phase of digital uplift. As part of their team, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing change strategies to maximize the benefits of ongoing transformations.
- This is a 12-month Labour Hire position with potential for extension.

- Baseline security clearance is mandatory.
- Apply structured methodology, tools, and processes to create a strategy supporting the adoption of necessary changes.
- Facilitate the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Implement tools for monitoring and assessing change impact.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Upskill the project team to enable ongoing change management efforts.
- Experience in delivering division-wide change management strategies.
- Ability to develop, implement, and track change management strategies, plans, and reporting.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams to foster a shared understanding of change impacts, advantages, risks, and priorities.
- Ability to coach and support others to sponsor change effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
