Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.About the TeamThe Marketing Communications Branch enhances the agency’s reputation amongst key stakeholders with a focus on participants. The branch delivers strategic and impactful marketing, communication and digital solutions, supported by market research and insights.The Marketing Communications Branch aims to build proactive engagement with the Scheme and create insight led behaviour change through timely, accessible and inclusive marketing and communications.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications Leadership: Leading and driving the delivery of strategic communications plans and supporting collateral across various communication channels.
- Audience Engagement and Information Assessment: Helping audiences understand changes to the Scheme and their impact, continually assessing incoming information and announcements to develop positioning approaches and outputs.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Applying high-level strategic communications knowledge to oversee integrated marketing communications campaigns and improve functions using data and insights.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Working with the Strategic Communications Division to identify and collaborate on joint objectives, managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation.
- Team Leadership and Management: Providing effective leadership for direct reports, defining staff roles, setting performance expectations, conducting performance appraisals, and developing and implementing strategic work plans.

- Previous experience in an equivalent communications role, ideally in government or disability-sector
- Manage several employees performing diverse tasks
