You’ll be joining a small Government regulator, regulating financial and anti-counter terrorism across Australia, ensuring that more than 15,000 businesses across Australia remain compliant.
The Role:
You’ll be joining a small Strategic Communications team and be responsible for a range of communications projects and tasks, providing strategic advice to client areas and managing the communications lifecycle on strategic projects.
This position may be offered in either Canberra or Melbourne CBD locations. The initial length of this position will be for 6 – 12 months, with the view for extension and potential permanency.
The salary range for this position is between $110,000 to $125,000 + 15.4% super. Actual salary offered will be based on experience and the top band is not guaranteed.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies and products
- Provide high-level communication, media and issues management advice to senior management and business areas
- Assist with team management, reporting and team planning
Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this position you must have experience in a Government setting (local, state or Government) at a senior level.
Communications experience relating to financial services, business or national security is highly desirable.
