About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you’ll be responsible for sharing with the world how Architectus is making a positive and lasting impact on people, cities, and communities through exceptional design. This will entail:
- Working in partnership with the Head of Client Experience and Growth to amplify our voice and elevate our brand
- Maintaining and building on our Strategic Communications plan to extend our voice through brand collateral, web content production, social media, PR, video, photography, events, and internal comms
- Refining key messages to communicate purposefully across all channels and audiences
- Ensuring brand differentiators are lived and breathed internally from the ground up
- Maintaining influential relationships across geographies and sectors
- Unearthing new ways of profiling our people, projects, and thinking
- Leveraging agency, partner, and sponsorship relationships to create new market opportunities
- Overseeing the internal communications plan and managing all communications activities and budgets
About You
We look forward to welcoming a purposeful and creative strategist who can be detailed and precise as needed. To be successful in this role you will have:
- 10+ years experience in communications, within an equivalent or similar role, either client or agency side
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative individuals
- A portfolio of compelling communication examples as either campaigns or brand concepts
- Thrive on brainstorming and the presentation of creative ideas and innovative approaches
- Ability to understand motivations of stakeholders and work collaboratively to find a ‘win’ scenario
- Strong ability to lead teams to deliver robust communications programs and initiatives
- Experience working directly with founders or equity shareholding partners will be highly regarded
