About the opportunity
As the Team Leader, Workforce Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing a team responsible for analyzing and interpreting workforce data to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations. This role requires a combination of leadership skills, analytical prowess and a deep understanding of human resources and contemporary HR challenges.
The Agency is currently implementing a three-year strategic workforce plan. This is an exciting time as the organization builds workforce planning capability. A key element of this is Agency’s data analytics and visualization products that are needed to assist executives, managers, and our team to understand Agency’s workforce.
This role offers a unique opportunity to:
- significantly improve our data visualization products.
- Work on building data and reporting capabilities to support the Strategic Workforce Plan
- lead a small team of two analysts in leveraging data to drive informed decision making and shape the future workforce management within the Agency.
Our ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Workforce Analytics, HR analytics, or a related analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of analysts to achieve high performance and meet organisational goals.
- Experience building data visualisations for a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. dashboards)
- Ability to work in a face paced environment, manage multiple deadlines and accommodate ad hoc data request.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to and to prepare clear and concise workforce briefs for senior stakeholders.
