- You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to your team of consultants.
- As a Team Leader you will be driving, developing and managing the team to achieve results and service levels.
- This is also a hands-on role where you are happy to jump in and handle end to end consulting as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to consultants
- Ensure adequate staffing and workflow is distributed
- Investigate and resolve customer and client issues
- Understand the need for change and be adaptable

What you need to succeed
- Previous experience in the travel industry at a supervisory level preferably in corporate travel
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Top notch GDS skills and airfare knowledge
