EL1Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to their team as an EL1 Business Analyst, providing critical support in project analysis and driving business growth.
  
Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Identify and analyse business processes, systems, and data to drive improvements and efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of project initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and business analysis.

  
To be successful for this role you will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Experience in conducting data analysis and utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
