About This Opportunity The Program Support Assistant is a key role to support the Program Operations Manager with program preparation and implementation as well as supporting critically linked training services such as recruitment, resulting and completion. This role will be required to utilise RTO (Registered Training Organisation) specific systems and databases to gather, track and record activities essential to allow programs to commence, continue and conclude.
Key responsibilities will include: Support the Program Operations Manager with training operations, particularly pre-training requirements associated with funded training and training compliance records. Monitor and plan program activities, enrolment requirements, student welfare and wellbeing cases. Gather and track training records to ensure the RTOs compliance obligations for the QLD government and the national regulator can be met within the non-negotiable time frames stipulated in their respective standards and codes of practice.
Use of RTO specific systems and databases to assist in program operational activities, planning and reporting including work, health and safety record keeping. Provide support on program operation activities such as organising travel, marketing and engagement activities and materials, infrastructure and resource bookings and catering. Assist admissions in the recruitment and enrolment of students which includes pre-training documentation, inductions and all associated pre-training requirements specifically for funded programs.
Be a point of synergy between admissions and training functions during the recruitment and resulting period of the student’s lifecycle. Assist the Program Operations Manager to prepare the requirements documentation for upcoming programs. Collaborate with Training Coordinators and Admin Officers to achieve the aforementioned
