Get Going Support is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and super-organised individual to provide essential support to our Director as a Personal Assistant.
As a key member of our team, you will provide personalised administrative support to our director across 3 days per week with the potential to build.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organising meetings and appointments, handling correspondence and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director’s Day to day operations. The ideal candidate will be Proactive, Detail Orientated and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Managing of the Directors calendar and scheduling of appointments.
- Prepare and organising meetings and appointments.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director’s Day to day operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritize and not rely on a set structure.
- Knowledge or experience in the disability field is highly desirable.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
- Working with Disability Clearance (Yellow Card) or NDIS Worker Screening - or willing to obtain
- Certificate III in Business Administration (Desirable)
