Crusader Caravans is looking for a dedicated and passionate Electrical Engineer to join their team in Epping, Victoria
Location:14 Chadderton Blvd., Epping, VIC 3076.
Salary: $80,000 + superannuation
Hours: Full Time - 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
o Designing and developing electrical systems tailored for caravans, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations, and integrating them with mechanical and structural components.
o Utilizing SolidWorks Electrical software to optimize layout and routing of wiring harnesses for efficiency and reliability in caravan electrical systems.
o Implementing energy-efficient solutions and technologies to minimize energy consumption within caravan models.
o Providing technical expertise and support for troubleshooting electrical issues during production and post-production phases.
o Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate electrical systems with other components of caravans.
o Conducting testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety under various conditions.
o SolidWorks CAD design expertise to improve manufacturing processes related to electrical wirings and components.
o Developing and maintaining documentation, including wiring diagrams and technical specifications, for electrical systems in caravans.
o Engaging in research and development activities aimed at advancing and enhancing caravan models for continuous improvement.
● Adhering to Engineering principles and Safety Regulations;
● Conducting production line inspections to ensure optimal performance;
● Supervising the production line to ensure precise adherence to design specs and best practices in wiring installing and testing electrical components in caravans.
● Establish protocols and recommendations for installation, quality assurance, testing, inspection, and maintenance aligning all activities with technical principles and safety regulations

Qualifications of a Electrical Engineer:
● Bachelor’s degree in the field of Electrical Engineering;
● Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
