Electrical & Instrumentation HA- Technician

We currently have an opportunity for a reliable and safety focused Local HA Electrical & Instrumentation Technician on a 7:7 roster.
In order to be considered, Applicants will require the following:
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Current Unrestricted QLD Driver’s License.
- Maintenance experience
- Electrical Trade Certificates
- Minimum Cert IV in Instrumentation or industry experience
- Current QLD Electrical Licence.
- Current CPR/LVR certification.
- Construction Induction Card.
- Current Personal and Professional Referees.
- Current working at heights certification.
- GTA
- Current “Safer Together Industry Safety Induction” (ISI).
- Licence to preform high risk work (EWP & LF).
- HV Switching (preferred but not essential)
- Confined space entry.
- Water treatment plant experience (preferred)
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- 4 WD Operations certification (preferred but not essential)
About the role
You will be responsible for maintaining electrical and instrumentation assets on a water treatment plant with in the CSG industry in regional QLD. You will be conducting routine maintenance involving inspection and testing of motors, vsd’s, ups systems and associated water treatment plant assets. As well as yearly compliance and statutory maintenance and routine instrumentation maintenance. Experience troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation breakdowns in an industrial environment is a necessity.
