- Perform planned and reactive maintenance in a petrochemical environment.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and service fixed plant instrumentation and electrical assets.
- Execution of planned and unplanned breakdown maintenance
- Maintenance and fault finding; troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and service fixed plant instrumentation and electrical assets.
- General electrical maintenance & minor project work
- Control wiring
- Maintaining LV wiring systems
- Ensure maintenance job compliance by following processes and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Promote and identify HSE opportunities to improve equipment, processes, and behaviors.
- Provide technical support to engineering and clients.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives, which may involve working with many different disciplines within the organization.
- Work autonomously, being reliable and positively contributing to the maintenance team, understanding the requirement to maintain assets in a safe and reliable condition.
- Participate in a call-out/on-call roster
- Current Drivers Licence
- A Grade Electrical License
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Instrumentation & Control or equivalent
- Prior experience in a heavy industrial trade environment
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work effectively.
