Electrical Project Manager

Territory Power Solutions is a locally owned electrical company, looking for a Project Manager to join our team, delivering projects across the Construction, Commercial and Defence sectors. This is a key position within the business that will contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

This role may suit an experienced electrical tradesperson looking to progress their career using their gained skills and knowledge.

A competitive remuneration package, including a company vehicle will be offered to the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project management from commencement to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and current clients.
• Contract and subcontractor management including tracking variations and contract changes.
• Ordering /Purchasing of materials in accordance with planned delivery dates and quoted pricing.
• Accurately process monthly progress claims.

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong understanding of AS3000 and other relevant standards.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• An understanding of electrical systems and installation methods.
• NT Drivers licence.
• White Card
• DCAC (or able to obtain)
• A background in electrical trade or electrical engineering.
• Strong WHS focus and attention to detail.
• Computer skills and competence in Microsoft Office suite.
   

Desirable:

·   Experience with Aroflo project management software.
