About you
We are seeking for a highly competent and committed Project Manager with a proven track record of efficiently managing the overall safe delivery of small to medium sized Electrical Projects.
You are a collaborative and team driven project leader in safety through planning and implementation and have strong accountability for a HSEQ culture. Using your effective communication and organisational skills, you will lead your team to successfully deliver high-calibre projects within time and budget constraints. As a project leader, your experience will demonstrate that you are comfortable with facilitating program review meetings, professional negotiations with all stakeholders and clients, and effectively oversee project teams to deliver as per the design methodology and project specifications.
What you Need
- EFM or Electrical Engineer qualification
- 3+ years in a similar project delivery role
- Electrical project experience traffic signals, lighting & underground reticulation projects an advantage
- Electrical project experience within the water/wastewater industry an advantage
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail suitable for D&C projects
- Good energy and positive attitude, with a focus on solutions and problem solving
- Initiative and ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processes
- Strong attention to planning and programming the works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment, energy, drive
- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
