Electrical Site Manager

MKII Electrical are enjoying growth and we are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager in a permanent position.

This a great opportunity for the right person to take ownership of the role and join the growing leadership team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination of a project including liaison with clients and managing the site staff and all safety procedures.

Duties will include:

Running and scheduling the project and ensure the programs are met and ensure that all administrative requirements are addressed in a timely and accurate manner and in line with policy and procedure and participate in purchasing request process within the business unit and ensure correct approval processes are followed, identify potential system improvements and maintain an effective working relationship with managers, reporting supervisors, operational and administration staff.

• Electrical Site Manager experience is Essential
• Managed Site Operations and Sub-Contractors
• Simultaneous Management of Building Projects
• High Level Planning and Scheduling
• Electrical Trade Background - A Grade
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Solution Focused
• Self Motivated
• Willing to grow professionally and personally
• Budget Management, Forecasts, Procurement
• Manage OHS Compliance
• Must have experience in either: Hotels, BTR, Apartments, Hospital, Education, Aged Care
• Versatile Leader and Relationship Builder

• MUST have Full Drivers license.
• A Grade Electrician
• Australian resident
• Must be Well presented
