Form of workDesign & Build Recruitment has partnered with a leading EPC firm to find a talented and experiencedElectrical Site Manager to work on-site leading a large-scale energy project in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the construction field and a proven track record of on-site management of large-scale energy projects
This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the Construction of one of the largest BESS projects in the southern hemisphere.
Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Site Manager:
- Take full responsibility for the electrical scop on site.
- Advise on procurement and subcontractor selection
- Oversee adherence to the Management Plan while on site.
- Demonstrate robust management and leadership skills on the site.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring that work areas, methods, materials, and equipment meet Environmental and WHS regulations and standards through inspections and tests.
- Inspecting subcontractor completed works and signing off ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
- Deliver high-quality outcomes that satisfy the customer.
- Ensure strong team morale on site.
- High levels of job satisfaction in your Team.
- Experience in a similar role in large-scale energy project and EPC environment
- Electrical Construction Managers license to perform electrical works in Victoria – to remain valid throughout the duration of the Works.
- Qualifications and electrical licenses of all electricians who will be performing work on site.
- Able to interface with other disciplines (Civils)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Healthy pipeline of projects
