Design & Build Recruitment are currently assisting a growing Electrical Contractor in Melbourne as they look to bolster their team. The client have an exciting project pipeline and are looking for a Site Manager to take on a permanent role. The core responsibilities and requirements of the position have been listed below.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site operations and sub-contractors, aligning with all safety procedures.
- Lead the project assigned to ensure programs and administrative requirements are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in the purchasing requests process, ensuring all correct approval processes are followed.
- Identify potential system improvements to keep an effective working relationship with all site and administrative staff.
- 5+ years experience leading electrical site operations in Australia.
- Experience across a variety of commercial projects.
- An electrical trade background is strongly preferred (A-Grade).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Full drivers license.
