- Supervise all site activities allocated to construction team members, ensuring safe working practices in accordance with client safety systems and processes.
- Plan & ensure environmental management of construction activities in accordance with client’s environmental management systems and processes.
- Ensure team members complete allocated projects in accordance to specifications of the project
- Planning of all construction activities in consultation with the Project Engineer, including the setting of priorities and allocation of available resources to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Electrical Supervisor in a construction- related environment
- Electrical Qualifications
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
