Data and Communication Construction
HOF Electrical is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Data and Communication Site Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of Data and Communication infrastructure across various sites. Your expertise in both electrical systems and Communication networks will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute Data and Communication projects, including cabling installations, network upgrades, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and track budgets.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Infrastructure Deployment:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, and Communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of installations.
- Perform testing and commissioning of communication systems.
- Address any deficiencies or deviations from specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project details, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Generate reports on project status, performance, and resource utilization.
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to source equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage warranties.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and/or Medical examination
- Australian working rights
- Willing to travel to various sites

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
