We currently have an opportunity for an Electrical Technician to join the team in Parkes.
About the role
As an Electrical Technician you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of technical works encompassing the maintenance, construction, inspection, and operation of equipment related to energy Transmission and Distribution systems.
Experience
- Application of Electrical Technician trade skills in the energy Transmission and Distribution environment
- Experience in selecting, testing, fault finding, repair and maintenance of Electrical infrastructure
- Performing High and Low Voltage switching and permit issues
- Participate and apply all audits and safety processes required by the business
- Complying and implementing enterprise WHS and Environmental procedures and processes
- Applying business and industry standards and processes to the Electrical Technicians role

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (plus Qualified Supervisors Certificate) or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
- Drivers Licence
- Qualified Supervisors Certificate
- WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Cert
- Attainment and ongoing successful maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licences, authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role.
