AddressPHE Mining is currently seeking highly motivated Electricians to join our Bathurst team on a permanent, full-time basis. PHE’s Bathurst operations undertakes works at Cadia mine, just outside of Orange, NSW. The role involves industrial electrical and instrumentation installations, plant maintenance, shutdowns, and general improvement works in both a surface and underground environment.
If you are a qualified electrical tradesperson and have been wanting to get into, or further your career in the mining space, then this is the perfect growth platform for you. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to get their foot in the door of the mining industry and be supported while they expand their electrical knowledge.
This is a local role, primarily Monday-Friday with excellent pay and consistent overtime.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
- Must have an excellent attitude to safety.
- The ability to work with a strong emphasis on maintaining our long-term client relationships.
- The ability to work and fit into a great team, whilst also being able to work independently.
- Mining, Industrial, instrumentation and hazardous area experience are highly regarded but not essential.
You must hold or obtain the following:
- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
- NSW Electrical licence
- Working at heights (Completed in the last 16 months)
- Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License
- White Construction Card
- High-risk Work License with WP classification
