Responsibilities:

  • Execute flawless installations of Solar PV systems for residential and commercial sites, embodying SnapSolar's commitment to excellence.
  • Capture and upload site images with meticulous precision, documenting Panel/Inverter serial numbers via relevant software to ensure seamless project management and record-keeping.
  • Embrace a customer-centric mindset, always putting the client first and going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Uphold stringent adherence to OH&S regulations, safeguarding all aspects of your work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate new insights and techniques to elevate SnapSolar's service standards.
  • Mentor and train junior staff and apprentices, nurturing their growth and development within the SnapSolar team.

About You:

  • Possess 1+ years’ experience as a CEC accredited electrician in residential installations OR demonstrate 3 years' proficiency in residential electrical work, with a readiness to obtain CEC accreditation.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is advantageous, showcasing your familiarity with solar-specific nuances.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to workplace health and safety, embodying a culture of diligence and responsibility.
  • Hold a valid Australian Manual Driver’s License, enabling seamless navigation across project sites.
  • Exhibit impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every solar install meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and clear channels of dialogue.
