In response to escalating demand for our courses, we are actively seeking a qualified General English teacher to join our dynamic team. The positions are available for the following course:
- General English teachers – Gold Coast campus
All ELICOS teachers are expected to meet the following essential selection criteria:
- A degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)
- A suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method
- Appropriate TESOL teaching experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and communication skills
Desirable criteria include:
- Familiarity with adult learning within an international student context
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing work in a team environment while adhering to specified deadlines
- A comprehensive understanding of the Standards for RTO 2015 and National Code 2018
- Proficiency in compliance requirements related to trainer qualification mapping, assessment validation, moderation, and other related areas
- Efficiency in handling academic administrative tasks
