Make a Difference in a Supportive Environment:
- Be the first point of contact, providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, including QTU members.
- Utilise your organisational skills to prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Take the lead in organising events, meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
- Manage and generate reports from databases, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Support the Legal Officer by preparing documentation for legal submissions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide support during busy periods.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discrete with sensitive matters.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and eagerness to learn new software.
- Positive and collaborative team player attitude.
- Willingness to work up to 4 Saturdays per year (if required).
