About Voltio
Voltio is a Brisbane-based technology company working in the ‘future of energy’ space. We provide independent energy services to businesses and property owners, so they can control and optimise their energy. Our values are centred around three core pillars:
- People - Creating meaningful work, and a meaningful work environment.
- Passion - Providing remarkable energy insights and services to our customers.
- Purpose - Building a sustainable future for our clients, and the broader community.
Why do we exist?
The energy sector is changing dramatically, and most businesses and property owners don’t have access to the data-driven tools, or strategic advice, needed to consistently position them ahead of this changing market.
Voltio’s technology stack aggregates intelligence from five separate systems to ensure customers are truly getting the best performance from their energy assets.
- Utility services
- Embedded networks
- Project delivery
- Customer service
- Energy optimisation
About the role
The Embedded Network and Energy Analyst will be responsible for commercial utility service evaluations and analytics, and direct client Embedded Network operational support and decision making. As energy contracting, forecasting and budgeting become increasingly complex, energy accountants manage clients’ energy spend, interrogate their data and deliver accurate, insightful reports and understanding.
Position requirements
There is no ‘cookie-cutter’ mould that neatly fits this position. We tend to look for people that can demonstrate that they are good problem solvers, analytically minded, have attention-to-detail that is second to none, and can communicate clearly.
Obviously, this position asks for a high level of numerical and analytical acumen (including expertise in Microsoft Excel), but your ability to show initiative and own your work is paramount. Experience working in the Australian retail and / or the wholesale energy markets, Embedded Networks and energy pricing is a prerequisite for this role.

- Invoice validation and energy retailer management
- Sustainability data management and reporting
- Operational energy monitoring and optimisation
