The Hospital:
A spacious and modern, well-equipped referral facility providing a comprehensive range of services including; acute medical and surgical, obstetrics, paediatrics and a range of diagnostic and allied health services. Medical services include; respiratory, cardiac, chemotherapy, renal and palliative care. The Role:
Our client is seeking a Trainee to join their Emergency Medicine team in an unaccredited role for 2024. Led by the FACEM Director, the ED department is staffed by CMO’s. The Emergency Department redevelopment opened in 2018 as part of the new development of the Hospital including a new medical ward, operating theatres and HDU, is the Rural Referral Hospital for the region.
The busy ED has approximately 18,000 presentations per year with 25% admission rate. and 25% paediatric presentations.  The ED has dedicated areas for resuscitation, acute presentations, ambulant and fast track presentations, paediatrics, dedicated metal health assessment and procedure room. ARRH ED is the tablelands telestroke centre and is actively involved in telehealth with the smaller rural hospitals.

• Have completed training that would be found to be substantially comparable by the ACEM.
• IMG with ACEM interview date or outcome
• IMG with 10+ years experience via STTP
