About this role
This position primarily provides administrative support that underpins the successful delivery of work-integrated learning subjects, in particular student placements/projects, student enrolment in these subjects and student employability program offerings.
This role provides critical administrative support to ensure students' success by delivering seamless provision of services and resources to students undertaking work-integrated learning subjects and/or employability programs in liaison with the Learning and Teaching team, industry partners and broader Careers and Employability team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Careers Subject administration activities including database management, timetabling, and responding to stakeholder enquiries.
- Work-Integrated Learning subject placement processes including collating survey responses and record keeping.
- Student/Employability Programs service offerings including providing logistical support for workshops, events, and expos.
- Supporting the daily operations of the Unit to ensure it is operating effectively and efficiently.
- Recording, retrieving and collating information and data using a CRM software, online systems, and platforms.
