Employability Program Facilitator

About the role/s
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) are seeking a passionate facilitator to deliver our Employability Skills Training program across the New England region. Employability Skills Training (EST) focuses on essential employment skills to transition into the workforce, achieve goals and connect with local employers and will involve:
• Delivering group training sessions to jobseekers in a hybrid environment - online and face to face
• Identify jobseekers skills, abilities and how they can apply these to securing employment
• Assist in establishing career development plans for the future
• Collaborate with the course co-ordinator on the implementation and continuous improvement of the program
• Building relationships with local employers and community organisations
• Assist in identifying and connecting with Industry guest speakers to share their knowledge with Participants
• Ability to travel to deliver Training around the local Region 

About Us
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) as part of Joblink Plus, is a for-purpose, not-for-profit organisation collectively providing employment services and vocational training. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver training across NSW in approximately 60 qualifications and short courses, with Joblink Plus delivering employment services covering around 70% of the state to communities across rural and regional NSW, including Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services, Employability Skills Training, and Parents Next. We also support communities through direct contributions, social enterprises whilst partnering with a range of organisations with shared values.

About You
• Ability to engage with a range of student/trainees
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and engaging nature
• Ability to understand different learning styles
• Previous experience in Training, Teaching, Community Services or Employment Services is highly regarded but not essential.

Essential Criteria 
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
• Hold or willing to obtain a Working with Children check
• Willingness to travel
