Employment Consultant - Youth

We are assisting our Case Management & Mentorship Service client who are seeking multiple Youth Job Coach's to join their team immediately for a 8-10 week assignment with the possibility to extend.

*To be eligible for the position candidates must have full working rights (PR or Full Citizenship) and a valid working with children check*

Location: Cannington & Armadale

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP - within in the next week

Duration: 8-10 weeks with potential to extend or become permanent

Pay Rate: Approx $35 + Super depending on experience.

The role:

• Providing personalised case management to youth groups to achieve an education and/or employment.
• Supporting the participants to improve their motivation by tailoring their goals to reach achievement.
• Supporting participants to reach their goals through assisting them with community service, travelling with participants to appointments and help book meetings.
• Reintegrating youth back into the community while providing ongoing mentorship.
• Engaging with other education organisations to facilitate outcomes for the participants.
• Providing regular and intensive post placement support to participants and a point of contact for the six month placement.
• Key Administrative duties - such as data base management and working across multiple systems.

The successful candidates must have:

• Working with children's check is ESSENTIAL

• Purchasing administration experience is highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering quality case management
• Experience working across multiple systems include Microsoft office suite and ability to learn in house software's
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
