Position: BDM/Channel Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic Channel Sales Manager with a minimum of one year of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should be adept at creating lasting business relationships and driven to excel in sales performance. This role offers the flexibility of combining office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with channel partners/sales agencies, fostering a collaborative network for shared success.
- Provide expert training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Craft strategic plans and innovative marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, products review, market feed back.
What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in Channel Sales, with a focus on house and land products in NSW.
- Holder of a NSW Certificate of Registration.
- Demonstrated history of sales excellence and meeting ambitious targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, grounded in ethical practices and integrity.
- A strategic and proactive thinker, with a positive and forward-looking perspective.
- Excellent networking and customer service skills, proficient in lead generation and conversion.
- A current NSW driver's license and access to personal transportation.
