AddressWe're on the hunt for an Employment Support Coach/Van Driver to join our fun and enthusiastic team at our Packaging and Warehousing team, the packing and stacking experts!
Our team at Malaga are dedicated to providing amazing support to people with disability. Contracts we take part in include the Containers for Change collection run, pamphlet delivery for local councils, and other in-house packaging and assembly work for businesses across Perth. We participate in the container deposit scheme where you will be on the road attending houses and businesses and collecting bags/bins and dropping them off to the recycling depots.
We are looking for someone long term, working 5 days a week.

What a day in the life of an Employment Support Coach looks like:
- Provide support and training to employees with disability.
- Help people with disability to achieve their goals within meaningful employment
- Supporting employees with disability to discover and overcome their personal barriers, while developing their social and life skills.
- Assist with general day-to-day operations
- Assisting with the collection of containers for change by driving the truck for collection of cans and bottles with a Supported Employee.
- Undertaking collection and delivery of containers for change bins/bags across Perth.
- Delivering of pamphlets/brochures to homes and businesses around Perth.
- Ensuring the safety of yourself and others.

What our next Employment Support Coach will have:
- An easy-going nature with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting people with a disability or mental illness.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of safe working practices.
- Previous warehousing experience
- Competent computer skills
- Manual drivers license
- LR/HR license and Forklift License would be desirable.
