You’ll find our Property Services team scattered across the Perth Metro area, working while enjoying the beautiful scenery from pristine coastlines to manicured memorial parks and beyond.
What a day in the life of our Horticultural Support Coach look like:
- Supporting a team of horticultural employees to achieve their employment goals.
- Maintenance of gardens both residential and commercial.
- Planting and caring for gardens.
- Environmental and bushland care.
- Beach side and access maintenance.
- Maintaining effective customer relationships.

Our Property Services team ultimately provides meaningful employment opportunities to a dual team – Horticultural Technicians or Support Coaches, and people with disability passionate about gardening.

What our next Horticultural recruit will have:
- Willingness to get their hands dirty!
- Commitment to the development of the team.
- Experience in supporting people with a disability or mental illness.
- Suitable experience in a similar horticultural role.
- Previous environmental weed control experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of safe working practices.
- Qualifications in or currently studying Conservation and Land Management (min Cert III), Conservation Biology, Environmental Science, Horticulture or related fields at TAFE or university AND/OR equivalent employment experience.
If successful, you will also need to provide the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Current pesticide licence through Department of Health (is desirable but not essential).
- Current drivers licence “C” class
