Energetic Office Administrator

We have a flexible full time position available based out of our Bibra Lake premises.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing incoming enquiries
  • Transferring calls to the relevant person
  • Recording of quote requests & assisting to assign them.
  • Assisting with basic requests
  • Handling of repairs and maintenance contracts through to completion
• Customer liaison & minor scheduling
• Proven prioritiser, capable of managing daily, weekly and monthly tasks
• Management of smaller service contracts
• Ordering of stock products and consumables
• Basic preparation of paperwork for installation teams
• Liaising with subcontractors
• Assist with Social Media management & posting (Linked In)
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Assist the General Manager with ad hoc tasks
• General office duties

• Have exceptional interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
• Have strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Manage their time effectively.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
