An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our busy office!
We are a well-established Structural Detail Drafting company in the heart of East Victoria Park dealing with Large Commercial & Resource projects. Top rates offered to suitably experienced candidates.

The role:
- Provide administrative and document control support to ensure efficient operation on a day to day basis
- Perform reception duties as required
- Perform bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
- Perform human resource duties including but not limited to recruitment, processing employee leave and termination, superannuation and answering general employee queries.
- Maintain administration systems, records, mail, filing and archiving of records.
Essential requirements
- 2-4 years of previous Document Control work experience, ideally in a technical environment
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite, Xero Accounting Software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants must be onshore.
