Sumo energy is a fast growing 100% Australian owned and operated energy retailer our company that’s has a fun culture, built around success and recognizing the value of its exceptional staff. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our inbound/outbound sales team in our Melbourne office.
Working Hours and Compensation:
• 65,000 base salary
• Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
• Typical working hours: 10am to 7:00 pm
• On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $120,000 - $140,000+ annually, including monthly bonuses based on achieving or exceeding targets.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with energy is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
