Join our dynamic Communications and Engagement team as Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to provide Marketing and Engagement advice, consultancy and support to grow the visibility of BCE school brands and equip BCE schools with the capabilities to lift their community presence and meet their student enrolment and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assist in the co-ordination, planning and production of Marketing and Engagement activities for BCEO and schools.
- Maintain effective and valued relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop Marketing and Engagement to attract new and retain existing student enrolments, and enhance school reputation.
- Contribute to Marketing and Engagement plans, tools and resources.
- Create and design the cross-channel digital content that promotes BCE and BCE school brands to targeted audiences and geographical markets to increase enrolments.
- Develop marketing/advertising collateral or communication journeys, delivering key messages aligned with schools.
- Create impactful BCE and local school brand, including copy, design and social media.
- Project manage print and digital advertising campaigns, including concept development; working with designers to execute the concept and liaising with the publications.
- Assist in campaign strategy development and post analysis of Marketing and Engagement activities.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels/activities.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Degree qualifications in marketing, communications or in a relevant field is preferable.
- Ability to deliver and enhance Marketing and community engagement services of schools at local and enterprise levels including a focus on student enrolments.
- Provide effective brand management and marketing related capabilities within school and education context.
- Knowledge and application of skills in contemporary marketing practices and techniques.
- Experience in providing strategic Marketing and Engagement advice and designing and delivering related strategies and plans within a complex decentralised organisation.
- Ability to inform, monitor and report on the usage of social media and digital channels for digital marketing activity.
- Effectiveness in a team environment with a high-volume of client requests and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting and administrative activities to support team or work unit project delivery.
- Effective problem solving, decision-making, time management and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including copywriting.

- Currently hold or be eligible to hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card

- Hold a valid Queensland drivers licence
