The Engagement Marketing Team at The Iconic are responsible for four key areas: CRM, Onsite & App Merchandising, Personalisation and Marketing Technology. We work with a variety of stakeholders across the business to deliver highly relevant, contextual and personalised experiences for our customers across our owned channels. 

We are currently on the look out for an Engagement Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of CRM & Personalisation, the role of the Engagement Marketing Coordinator is to help provide hands on skills across CRM, Onsite and App Merchandising to deliver great experiences for our customers. This is a broad role where your time will be spent across a number of different channels, taking on new challenges ranging from carrying out onsite and app builds to delivering winning email and app-push communications to customers. This role is perfect for someone that loves variety in their work and wants to progress quickly in their learning and development. This role is key in supporting the Engagement Marketing team in its mission to promote data led thinking for experience delivery and help THE ICONIC become a truly customer centric business.

What's involved...

  • Taking a hands-on role in onsite and app builds, working closely with our graphics and trade teams to ensure we are serving the right content to our customers across our different channels
  • Play a key role in our Go To Market process, helping to plan what to show customers in the coming weeks and recommend ideas for how we can better surface the right experience to customers
  • Regularly update our website and app with imagery changes to ensure our channels are fresh and customers are receiving the latest content
  • Regularly build and deliver email campaigns to customers through Braze, finding new and innovative ways of improving the campaign process
  • Carry out regular experiments through our different channels to find out what resonates best with our customers
  • Actively build audience segments within The ICONIC’s customer data platform, sharing audiences to the required destinations
  • Carry out analysis of your channels to understand what is resonating with customers, unearthing insights and recommendations of what could be done differently moving forward
  • Support the team with setting measurable KPIs to track campaign results across key awareness, engagement and revenue metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with marketing, commercial, media and product teams
  • Operate with a curiosity to take on new challenges and learn new capabilities

  • Desire to learn new marketing technologies and get hands on in these solutions to add more capabilities to your skill set
  • Ability to ensure the quality of all documents and data are accurate
  • Organised, structured and process driven
  • Great communication skills and the ability to support others across the team
  • Ability to convince people of your ideas, or at least help them understand your point of view (which is always backed with data)
  • Experience performing in fast paced, high pressure environments.
  • Self-starter and a team player
  • Adaptable to operational adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to bring structure to multi-tasking
