Qualifications & experience
- At least 5 years of hospitality experience
- Experience managing teams of 10 staff and above
- Cert III in Hospitality or equivalent will be looked upon favorably
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure events are facilitated as per Greenfields standards and as per the event order requirements from the start to end of the event
- All rosters - approve and manage leave requests from casual staff
- Answer incoming calls from venue suppliers on the day of the event
- Event reporting (Post Function Report)
- Managing client relationships
- Managing venue compliance requirements
- Development of polices/procedures that improve the guest experience
- Proactively implement agreed strategies designed to ensure that all customers are served to the highest standards in customer care at all times and that best practice operational and service standards are achieved
- Developing an innovative and evolving approach to service, whilst focusing on attention to detail, for instance in terms of presentation of food control; portion control; speed of service etc.
