The Position
The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of resourcing, scheduling, administration and supervision of relevant tasks, staff, processes and procedures in support of the operation, maintenance and management of facility assets, infrastructure and systems at OASIS. This position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment that is responsible for the management and control of critical infrastructure configuration and is a key integrator of the teams and technical disciplines within the Engineering functional area.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Coordinate the scheduling, resourcing, administration and supervision of relevant people, processes and procedures key to facility engineering.
- Plan, coordinate and track the efficient and effective integration and transition of tasks between core elements of the Engineering functional area.
- Fulfil the role of the Change Management Coordinator (CMC) as a member of the Change Management Board (CMB).
- Facilitate, coordinate, supervise and support all engineering consultation relevant to the implementation and ongoing success of Program asset management initiatives.
- Coordinate, facilitate and administer actions necessary to ensure the consistent and regular reporting of relevant engineering data and metrics.
- Supervision, coordination and management of processes and tasks related to Engineering-led working and advisory groups.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Engineering leadership and management staff.
- Liaise with relevant staff and training providers in the scheduling and coordination of training for Engineering personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements
- Any other reasonable duties as requested
