Program Overview
- Commence January 2025 with other Graduates in your cohort.
- Two-year program with cross-functional business exposure
- Structured rotations through Engineering and Technical Services, Asset and Lifecycle Management, Project Management, Mining Sales, and Product Solutions
- Develop networks and friendships through graduate sponsored activities.
- Coaching, mentoring and professional skill development.
- On the job training and education - apply your tertiary studies to real life experience!
- Opportunity to travel to Mackay for a 3-month rotation, to gain Engineering experience in a fast paced and large business center.
About You
- Recent graduate (0-3 years) or expected to graduate in 2024
- University qualification in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or Mechatronics
- Willingness to travel to Mackay for a 3-month rotation, with flexible travel options available.
- Strong communicator, customer service focus and team player!
- Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills.
- Committed to developing your career in Engineering at Hastings Deering

Application Requirements
Applicants must attach their academic transcript (an unofficial transcript is accepted if graduation is pending). Successful applicants will be invited to attend an engagement centre, interview and to meet other Graduates and Program Sponsors in May 2024.
